Common Allergens Present in Our Kitchen

All Flora B's Bakery products are prepared in a home kitchen that regularly uses the following allergens:

  • Gluten / Wheat (all-purpose flour used in standard recipes)

  • Dairy (butter, heavy cream, whole milk, cream cheese, sour cream)

  • Eggs

  • Peanuts (peanut butter, Reese's products)

  • Tree Nuts (pecans, almonds)

  • Soy (may be present in chocolate chips and chocolate bars)

  • Sesame

Gluten-Free Products

Flora B's Bakery offers gluten-free options made with certified gluten-free all-purpose flour. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Our gluten-free products are prepared in the same home kitchen where gluten-containing products are also made.

  • While we take precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.

  • Customers with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance should order with caution and at their own risk.

Texas Cottage Food Disclosure

Flora B's Bakery operates as a licensed and insured Texas Cottage Food business. Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
