Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Because ingredients and preparation time are committed specifically to each order, cancellations and refunds are subject to the timelines below.

Minimum Order

Flora B’s Bakery requires a $40.00 minimum order for all deliveries.

Order Lead Time

All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours before your requested delivery date. Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice may not be accepted and are subject to availability.

Delivery Schedule

Flora B's Bakery delivers on Saturdays only, between 10:00AM and 2:00PM.

All orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59PM for that Saturday's delivery
Orders placed after Wednesday will be scheduled for the following Saturday or subject to availability.
You will receive a delivery confirmation with your time window once your order and payment are complete.

Payment

Regular Orders:

Full payment is required at checkout, including the applicable delivery fee.
Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments at the time your order is placed.

Corporate Orders/Bulk Orders (All Amounts):

Corporate and bulk orders are submitted through each designated inquiry form and are not processed through instant checkout.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a Wix Payments invoice with a 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking (calculated on order subtotal only)
Minimum 2 weeks notice is required for all corporate and bulk orders.
Remaining balance plus delivery fee is due 1 week before scheduled delivery date.
Delivery day for corporate and bulk orders are negotiated individually based on client needs.

Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

Cancelled by Wednesday at 11:59PM (before baking begins):

Full refund issued to your original payment method via Wix Payments
No penalty. We understand life happens.

Cancelled Thursday:

50% refund issued OR 100% store credit toward a future Flora B's order.
Ingredients have been purchased and baking has begun at this point.

Cancelled Friday or Saturday:

No refund issued
Baking is complete or nearly complete, and delivery preparation is underway.

Corporate & Bulk Order Cancellations

Corporate and bulk order deposits are non-refundable once paid
Cancellations made more than 1 week before the scheduled delivery date will not be charged the remaining balance.
Cancellations made less than 1 week before the scheduled delivery will be charged the full remaining balance.

Non-Payment Policy

Regular Orders:

Orders are not confirmed until full payment, including the delivery fee, is received at checkout, If payment is not completed, the order will not be processed.

Corporate & Bulk Orders:

Orders where the remaining balance is not received by the stated deadline will be automatically cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable in these cases. Flora B's Bakery reserves the right to decline future orders from clients with a history of non-payment.
