Terms for Using Our Website and Services

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Flora B's Bakery. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

About Flora B's Bakery

Flora B's Bakery is a licensed and insured Texas Cottage Food home bakery based in Spring, Texas, owned and operated by a single baker. We specialize in small-batch, scratch-made baked goods delivered to customers in Spring, Klein, Tomball, The Woodlands, Cypress, TX.

Ordering

Flora B's Bakery delivers on Saturdays only, between 10:00AM and 2:00PM.
Orders placed on Monday through Wednesday at 11:59PM will be scheduled for that Saturday's delivery.
Orders placed after Wednesday will be scheduled for the following Saturday or subject to availability.
Orders are accepted through our website at www.florabsbakery.com and processed via Wix Payments.
We offer a set menu of signature products. Corporate clients may request branded packaging customization (stickers with company logo) for an additional fee.
Flora B’s Bakery reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is received.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
A minimum order of $40.00 (before delivery fee) is required for all orders.
Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Full payment, including the applicable delivery fee, is due at checkout for all regular orders.
Corporate and bulk orders require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week before delivery. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Delivery

Flora B's Bakery offers delivery only. No pickup is currently available.
Delivery zones and flat rate fees are as follows:
- Tier 1 — Spring & Klein: $10.00 flat rate
- Tier 2 — Tomball, The Woodlands & Cypress: $20.00 flat rate

Redelivery fees

$10 redelivery fee for Spring and Klein
$20 redelivery fee for Tomball, The Woodlands, and Cypress.

Delivery fees are added at checkout and are non-refundable.
Flora B's Bakery will confirm your Saturday delivery date and time window upon order confirmation.

Customer must be available to receive delivery at the agreed time. Flora B’s Bakery will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery address. If the customer is unreachable after 15 minutes, the delivery is considered attempted, the order will not be left and Flora B’s Bakery will return home with it. A redelivery fee will apply for any subsequent delivery attempts. Flora B’s Bakery is not responsible for product quality if no one is available at the agreed delivery time or on rescheduled deliveries. Please note that certain items including cupcakes with French buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, and cream cheese frosting are temperature sensitive and must be received promptly and refrigerated upon delivery. Flora B’s Bakery cannot guarantee the quality of temperature sensitive items left unattended after the agreed delivery window.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate and bulk clients submit orders through its designated inquiry form rather than instant checkout.
Corporate and bulk clients (businesses, offices, organizations) may place orders from our standard menu.
Branded packaging customization is available for corporate orders — including custom stickers featuring your company logo on individual cupcake and/or cookie packaging.
Custom branding requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the delivery date.
All corporate and bulk orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all corporate and bulk orders regardless of order size. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Remaining balance plus delivery fee is due at least 1 week before the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery day for corporate and bulk orders is negotiated individually based on client needs.

Allergens & Food Safety

Please refer to our full Allergy Disclaimer for complete details. Flora B's Bakery operates from a home kitchen that also handles gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. While we take care with our gluten-free items, cross-contact is possible. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood our Allergy Disclaimer.

Photography & Social Media

Flora B's Bakery reserves the right to photograph all orders for use on our website, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, Facebook, and other marketing materials.
By placing an order, you grant Flora B's Bakery permission to use images of your order for promotional purposes.
No personally identifying customer information will ever be shared without explicit consent.

Texas Cottage Food Law

Flora B's Bakery operates as a licensed and insured business under the Texas Cottage Food Law. Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or a local health department. Our products are not intended for resale.

Limitation of Liability

Flora B's Bakery's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products. Customers with known food allergies order at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

Flora B's Bakery reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website at www.florabsbakery.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
